Hytaleip.com is an unofficial fan website and server list. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Hytale, Hypixel Studios, Riot Games, or any of their subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Hytale website can be found at hytale.com.

All Hytale assets, logos, and trademarks are property of Hypixel Studios.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Server Submissions

By adding a server to Hytaleip.com, you agree that:

• You are the owner or an authorized representative of the server.
• The server content complies with Hytale's End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service.
• The server does not contain or promote illegal content, hate speech, or adult content.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any server listing at our sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Voting System

Manipulation of the voting system is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated programs to vote.
• Using proxies or VPNs to bypass voting restrictions.
• Trading votes for real-world currency.

Violation of these rules may result in the reset of votes or the removal of the server from our list.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may post reviews and descriptions. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Hytaleip.com a license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform. We are not responsible for content posted by users but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hytaleip.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
